By chance I came across Amita 6 years ago, enabling me to experience for the firsttime unparalleled joy from within, that no words can describe! Under the guidance and explanations from R&D, through the viewing technique, I personally witnessed real life suffering, its origins and the appropriate solutions. The "Bama" workshop in October this year, once again was an earth moving experience.

This feeling was not only having the opportunity to follow R&D to explore and understand the only place on earth with such unique geology and magnificent caves. It enabled me to experience the effort made by every member of R&D in these past years, their every drop of sweat, working relentlessly day in and day out, exhausting their own resources, both human and material resources, tostay in this place, Bama to continuously research and develop products! Here I would like express from the bottom of my heart, thanks a million to R&D!

In this journey of exploration of "Bama", R&D took us to explore different caves, interpreting the background to the origins of the root causeof our very complicated and complex structures. The energy inside the magnificent caves is closely related to the source of life. After witnessing the different qualities or changmins, I was deeply moved again and again. I am very grateful to have this good fortune, to have this opportunity to go to this unique place, and to personally follow R&D to experience and to learn.

After returning to Hong Kong, I noticed that some of my old programs have changed automatically.  Some obstinate attitudes, and extreme negative values that I've had for many years, they naturally changed, it really is a miracle. Now when facing friends with extreme and negative mindsets, it is relatively easier to understand and to help them with compassion. Simultaneously, I have discovered that my inner anxiety has naturally reduced, and have increased and improved on the communication and understanding between others.

I have also observed the improvement in other team members, it is much easier for us to pause, and to be aware and scrutinize our own issues, with a deeper understanding of our own structure, and willing to accept each other's point of view, in unison we can harmoniously and consistently put effort into reaching the goal of oneness.
